Position: PMC Quality Manager for the Houston Office, USA. then transfer to Yanbu was for QA Turn Over Engineer.
Nature of Work: Supervisor of the Contractors to ensure a Construction Complete Turn Over was completed and then exercising the same approach in achieving the Mechanical Completion for the PE, PP and PHU Plants.

Position: Lead Inspector and Contractor Supervisor for the HDPE Project.
Nature of Work: Assurance of the procedures and policy for the construction and erection of the HDPE Project. I was able to facilitate a quality relationship with the Client and all the contractors associated with the project.

Position: FE/FO Coordinator Welding Inspector
Nature of Work: Supervising the installation of flow orifices and flow elements in the required systems for commissioning. Maintained parts and organized installation with a support staff of eight pipe fitters and supervisors. Surveillance of bolt connections and welding completed by the subcontractor.

Position: PMC QA/QC Area Supervisor
Nature of Work: Surveillance, NCR resolution, scheduling and progress reporting. Company representative for all the Off Plot NGL 9% Ni Tanks, Jetty and Docks construction. Company representative for the fabrication of five LNG Storage Tanks, using the automatic welding and manual welding procedures.

Position: PMC Senior Welding Inspector
Nature of Work: Surveillance of Welding and NDT completed by contractor and sub-contractors. Conducted the Qualification of Welders and welding procedures for manual, semi-automatic and automatic welding. Ensured all the QC aspects over the Fabrication Yard for Storage Tank fabrication using automatic welding on three inch plate welded both sides simultaneously. Employed as the Company Representative.
